Portal for Online Fees for the Term I (2023-2024) will be open from 28.03.2023 and the last date is 20.04.2023. The late fee will be applicable from 21.04.2023 onwards. Parents can proceed to pay Term I Fee of your ward for 2023-2024 as per the instructions below:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE FEES PAYMENT:

• 1. Go to www.kolasaraswathi.com
• 2. Click on online fees
• 3. Type the ID No./Admission No. and Date of Birth of your ward.
• 4. Verify the details of your ward.
• 5. Then proceed to pay Term I Term fee by clicking ‘I agree the terms and conditions’ check box.
• 6. Click Initiate payment and proceed.
• 7. Select Internet Banking /Credit Card /UPI/ RUPAY Debit card of your choice and initiate payment.
• 8. Card Charges :
       a. UPI/RUPAY Debit Card – No Charges.
       b. Internet Banking - Rs.9 to Rs.16.
       c. Credit Card – 1.10%
• 9. Since the collection of fees is in Karur Vysya Bank, NEFT payment will not be accepted.
